  3. Creating filters

  5. there are pairs of lines, read by the program:
  6. first line: the diacritic character
  7. second line: the diacritic character's HTML code
  8. see incuded filter files
  9.  
  10. so a filter file should look like this:

  15. ü

  17. Note: The filter file cannot contain any comments, or put your comments after the 512-th line
  18. 513 and upper lines are ignored

  23. Open FILTERS.TXT
  24. Append into the last line the name of the new filter file, without the period and extension
